7 DAYS RETURN POLICY
We provide a 7 days return policy. All products purchased from ZIKKOS.COM can be returned, for any reason.

RETURN POLICY
1. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all ZIKKOS.COM tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer
2. Items should be returned within 7 days after it has been received.
3. Returned goods are exchangeable with products at the exact price paid for the merchandise or refunded in cash voucher. If you wish to exchange for a higher price item, you must pay for the balance.
4. The cost of returning the item to us and sending it back to you is your responsibility.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. All items are quality controlled and checked for any defects before they are sent to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us within 24 hours and send us a photo of the damaged item along with the packaging.
2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a reliable delivery service.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by sending an email to returns@zikkos.com
2. Using reliable courier service, send the items back to us at:
            40C, Jalan SS 21/62,
            Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya,
            47400, Selangor, Malaysia.
3. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
